Privacy Policy – Second Number
Last updated: October 16, 2026
Second Number (the "App") is provided by Prime Organize LLC, a company registered in the Republic of Armenia ("Prime Organize", "we", "us"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use the App and the Second Number pages of primeorganize.pro, how we use it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and the choices and rights you have.
The short version
- You can use the App without giving us your name or your real phone number. Signing in is optional.
- We store your text messages, call records and voicemails so the App can show them to you. We do not record your phone calls.
- Your contacts stay on your iPhone. We never upload them.
- We do not sell your personal information, we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and the App shows no ads.
- No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
- You can delete your conversations, voicemails or your whole account in the App at any time.
1. Who is responsible for your information
Prime Organize LLC is responsible for (the "controller" of) the personal information described in this policy. You can contact us at admin@primeorganize.pro or at the address at the end of this policy.
2. Information we collect
2.1 Account and sign-in
- Account ID: when you first open the App we create an account identified by a random ID. We don't ask for your real phone number.
- Optional sign-in: if you sign in with Apple, Google or your email address, we keep the account ID that Apple or Google gives us, your email address (with Apple this may be a private relay address) and, if Apple or Google shares it, your name, which is shown on your Account screen. If you sign in with email and a password, Google Firebase Authentication checks your password and sends password-reset emails. We never receive your password, or your Apple or Google password.
2.2 Your Second Number
- The US or Canadian phone number assigned to you, its status (active, held or released) and when it was assigned.
- Numbers you pick during setup, which we hold for you for about 30 minutes while you decide.
- A record of the numbers your account has received, so we can limit how many new numbers one account can take.
2.3 Your communications
- Text messages: the content of messages you send and receive, the other person's number, the time and the delivery status. This includes the short notice our system adds to your first reply in US and Canadian conversations.
- Calls: the other person's number, whether the call was incoming or outgoing, the time, the duration, the result (for example answered or missed) and the rate charged. We do not record or listen to your calls.
- Voicemail: audio recordings that callers leave for you, with the caller's number, the time and the duration. We don't transcribe voicemails.
- Opt-outs: when someone replies STOP or START to your number, we record it so texts to them stop or start again.
- Your settings: numbers you block, and your Do Not Disturb and quiet-hours settings, including your time zone.
2.4 Plan, usage and credit
- Your included minutes and texts, how much of them you've used, your credit balance, and a usage log showing what each call or text used from your plan or credit.
2.5 Purchases
- Subscriptions and credit packs are paid through Apple. Apple handles your payment details. We receive the product you bought, its status, the transaction ID and whether it's a test or real purchase, through our subscription provider RevenueCat, so we can activate your plan and credit.
- Travel eSIMs are paid through Stripe, by card or Apple Pay. Stripe processes your payment details, including 3D Secure checks. We never see or store your full card number. We keep the order details: plan, country, price, payment status, the eSIM's identifiers and activation details, top-ups and data usage.
2.6 Device and technical information
- Push-notification tokens, used to ring your phone for incoming calls and to send notifications.
- App version, device model and iOS version.
- IP addresses and request details in our server logs.
- Your time zone, if you use quiet hours.
2.7 Analytics and crash reports
- Google Firebase Analytics: how the App is used, for example which screens are opened, when a number is chosen, a call is started, a text is sent or a purchase is made. It is linked to your random account ID. It never includes message content or the phone numbers you call or text.
- Firebase Crashlytics: crash and error details, such as device model, iOS version and the state of the App when it crashed.
- We don't collect your device's advertising identifier, and we don't track you across other companies' apps or websites.
2.8 Information that stays on your iPhone
- Contacts: if you allow access, the App reads your contacts on your iPhone to show names next to numbers. Your contacts are never sent to our servers.
- Microphone: used only during calls you make or answer.
2.9 When you contact us
- If you email us, we keep your message and our reply so we can help you.
We don't collect your precise location. If you dial an emergency number, the App hands the call to your iPhone's own Phone app; we don't receive or send your location.
3. How we use your information
We use your information only for these purposes. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the legal basis for each is shown in brackets.
- To provide the App: connecting calls, sending and receiving texts, storing voicemail, showing your history and sending notifications. [Performance of our contract with you]
- To run your plan: tracking your included minutes and texts, credit and renewals, holding or releasing your number, showing your usage log, and delivering Travel eSIMs. [Contract]
- To keep the service safe and meet carrier rules: our systems automatically check outgoing texts and calls to prevent spam, fraud and abuse. Examples include sending limits, detecting the same message sent to many people, blocking link shorteners, honoring STOP requests and blocked numbers, limiting new numbers per account, blocking high-risk destinations and pausing numbers that carriers block. These checks are automated. Our staff look at a specific conversation or account only when needed to investigate an abuse or fraud report, to answer a support request you make, or to comply with the law. [Our legitimate interests in protecting users, recipients and the service; legal obligations]
- To fix problems and improve the App, using analytics and crash reports. [Legitimate interests]
- To communicate with you about your account, purchases and important changes. We never send marketing messages to your Second Number. [Contract; legitimate interests]
- To comply with the law and respond to valid legal requests. [Legal obligation]
4. How we share information
We share information only with service providers that help us run the App, only for that purpose, and under contracts that require them to protect it:
- Twilio Inc. (United States): provides the phone numbers and connects calls, texts and voicemail. Twilio may keep call and message records as needed to provide its service and to meet its own legal obligations.
- Phone carriers and their partners: route your calls and texts to the people you contact, as any phone service does.
- Apple: App Store purchases, push notifications and Sign in with Apple.
- RevenueCat: manages subscriptions and in-app purchases.
- Stripe: processes Travel eSIM payments and checks them for fraud.
- eSIM Access: issues Travel eSIMs. It receives order details only, never your calls or texts.
- Google (Firebase): sign-in with email, analytics and crash reports.
- Fly.io: hosts our servers and database in the United States.
We may also disclose information:
- When the law requires it, for example in response to a valid subpoena, court order or search warrant. We review each request and only provide what the law requires. Where the law allows, we will try to tell you before we disclose your information. We may keep records when legally asked to preserve them.
- To protect people, when we believe in good faith that it is necessary to prevent death, serious injury or fraud.
- In a business transfer, such as a merger or sale of the business, under this policy.
- With your instruction, for example when you share your number from the App.
Text messaging: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except the service providers that deliver the messages, as described above.
We do not sell or "share" your personal information (as those terms are defined in US state privacy laws), and we don't use it for targeted advertising.
5. Phone service information (CPNI)
Information about how you use our phone service, such as the numbers you call or text, when, for how long and what it cost, is used only to provide and bill the service, to prevent fraud and abuse, and as required by law. We don't use it or share it for marketing.
6. How long we keep information
- Text messages and voicemails: until you delete them in the App, or until you delete your account.
- Call records and your usage log: for as long as your account exists. Clearing your Recents list hides calls in the App; we keep the records for billing, your usage history and fraud prevention until your account is deleted.
- Blocked numbers and availability settings: until you change them or delete your account.
- Sign-in details: until you delete your account.
- Purchase and payment records: for as long as tax and accounting laws require.
- Travel eSIM orders: for as long as your account exists, then as purchase records as described above.
- Server logs: for short periods, normally up to 30 days.
- Analytics data: according to our Firebase retention settings, up to 14 months.
- Backups: deleted information is removed from backups within 30 days.
When your number is released, your messages, call records and voicemails stay with your account, never with the number. Whoever gets that number later can never see your history.
7. Your choices and rights
In the App
- Delete conversations and voicemails, clear your Recents, block numbers, and turn on Do Not Disturb or quiet hours.
- Turn off contacts, microphone or notification access in iOS Settings, or in the App under Account → Permissions.
- Delete your account under Account → Delete Account. This releases your number, ends your access and erases your messages, call records, voicemails, eSIM order history and sign-in details, including your email sign-in in Firebase Authentication. Unused credit is lost. Deleting your account doesn't cancel an App Store subscription; cancel it in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- know what personal information we hold about you and get a copy of it, including in a portable format;
- correct it;
- delete it;
- object to or restrict how we use it;
- withdraw consent you gave, at any time;
- not be treated differently for using these rights.
To use these rights, email admin@primeorganize.pro. We may need to confirm your identity first. We'll answer within the time the law requires, usually 30 to 45 days.
- US residents (for example California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas and Oregon): you have the rights above. We don't sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of; we still honor Global Privacy Control signals. We use sensitive information, such as the content of your communications, only to provide the service. You can use an authorized agent, and you can appeal a decision by replying to our answer.
- EEA, UK and Switzerland: you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
- Armenia: we handle personal data under the Law of the Republic of Armenia on Protection of Personal Data, and you may contact the Personal Data Protection Agency of Armenia.
8. International transfers
Prime Organize is based in Armenia. Our servers are in the United States, and our providers work in the United States and other countries. When information from the EEA, UK or Switzerland is transferred abroad, we rely on safeguards the law recognizes, such as Standard Contractual Clauses or our providers' certifications, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
9. Security
We protect your information with encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls, expiring signed links for voicemail recordings, limited staff access and reputable providers. No system is perfectly secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security. If a data breach affects your information, we will notify you and the authorities as the law requires.
10. Children
The App is for people aged 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, or under 16 in the EEA and UK. If we learn that we have, we'll delete it. Contact us if you believe a child has used the App.
11. Other companies' services
When you use Sign in with Apple or Google, pay with Apple, Stripe or Apple Pay, or open links to other websites, their own privacy policies apply to what they collect.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. If we make important changes, we'll update the date at the top and tell you in the App or by email before they take effect.
