Terms of Service – Second Number
Last updated: October 16, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Prime Organize LLC, a company registered in the Republic of Armenia ("Prime Organize", "we", "us"), for the Second Number app and service (the "App"). By creating an account or using the App you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the App.
Important – please read
- No emergency calls. Second Number can't be used to call 911 or any other emergency number. See Section 2.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them in your Apple account. See Section 5.
- Your number can be released. If your plan ends, we keep your number for 30 days, then it may later go to someone else. See Section 4.
- US and Canadian texting is conversational. You can text a US or Canadian number after that person has texted your Second Number first. See Section 6.
1. Who can use the App
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
- You may not use the App if you are barred from doing so by law, are in a country under a US government embargo, or are on a US government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- You are responsible for everything done with your account and your Second Number. Keep your sign-in details secure and tell us right away if you think someone else is using your account.
2. No emergency calls (911)
- Second Number is not a replacement for your regular mobile or landline phone service, and you must keep one.
- Your Second Number can't make or receive emergency calls, can't send texts to 911, and doesn't support 988 or other three-digit (N11) services.
- If you dial an emergency number in the App, the App hands the call to your iPhone's own Phone app. That call goes over your mobile carrier. It will not work without a working cellular service or SIM, and emergency services will see your mobile number and location, not your Second Number.
- Calls in the App depend on an internet connection, power, your device and our providers. They may not work during outages.
- To the extent the law allows, we and our providers are not liable for any inability to reach emergency services through the App.
3. Your account
- Your account is created when you first open the App. Signing in with Apple, Google or email is optional and lets you get your account back on another iPhone.
- You can delete your account at any time in the App under Account → Delete Account. Deleting your account releases your number and erases your data as described in the Privacy Policy. Unused credit is lost. It does not cancel an App Store subscription; cancel that separately (see Section 5).
4. Your Second Number
- Assignment. While your plan is active, we assign you a US or Canadian phone number from our telecom provider. You don't own the number. We may need to change it if a carrier, a provider or the law requires it. We'll tell you in advance when we can.
- Not a primary line. Calls and texts from the App show your Second Number as the caller ID. Some services don't work with internet-based numbers. These include short codes, some bank and app verification codes, and some businesses that block such numbers.
- Verification codes. We can't guarantee that you'll receive verification or security codes. Don't rely on your Second Number as the only way to access important accounts, such as banking or email. We're not responsible if you lose access to an account linked to your Second Number.
- When your plan ends. We hold your number for 30 days after your subscription ends. If you subscribe again during that time, you get the same number back. After that the number is released to our provider and may later be assigned to someone else. Before your plan ends, move any important accounts and contacts off the number.
- Previously used numbers. Phone numbers are reused across the industry. Your number may have belonged to someone else and may receive calls, texts or codes meant for them. Don't use them or try to access anyone else's accounts. Let us know if this happens repeatedly.
- Porting. If you want to move (port) your Second Number to another phone provider, contact us while your plan is active. Where our provider supports it, we'll help, and carrier fees may apply. Moving numbers into Second Number isn't supported.
- Limits. To prevent abuse, we limit how many new numbers one account can get, currently 3 every 30 days, and we may change this limit.
5. Plans, subscriptions, credit and billing
5.1 Subscriptions
- Subscriptions (weekly, monthly or yearly) keep your number active and include an allowance of US and Canada minutes and texts. The allowance and price are shown in the App before you buy.
- Weekly and monthly allowances refill each billing period. Yearly allowances refill every month. Unused allowance doesn't carry over.
- Auto-renewal:
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase.
- Your subscription renews automatically at the same length and current price unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account is charged for the renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
- You can manage or cancel a subscription in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Deleting the App or your account does not cancel a subscription.
- If we offer a free trial, any unused part of it ends when you buy a subscription.
- If a subscription price changes, Apple tells you in advance and asks for your consent where required.
5.2 Credit
- Credit packs add prepaid credit. Credit pays for usage beyond your plan's allowance and for international calls and texts.
- Credit doesn't expire. It has no cash value and can't be transferred, sold or refunded, except where the law requires.
- Credit is lost if you delete your account, or if we end your account for breaking these Terms, except where the law requires otherwise.
5.3 Rates
- Current US and Canada rates (after your allowance) and the rates for every other country are shown in the App under Account → Calling & Texting Rates.
- The price for a specific number is shown before you call or text it.
- Calls are charged per started minute. Incoming calls use your allowance and then credit.
- Texts are charged per message part: about 160 characters, or about 70 when a message contains emoji or certain special characters. Long messages use several parts.
- Receiving texts and voicemail is free.
- Calls may end when your allowance and credit run out. Calls are limited to 4 hours.
- Rates can change. Changes apply to calls and texts made after the change, and the current price always shows in the App before you call or text.
- Your mobile carrier or internet provider may charge you for the data the App uses.
5.4 Refunds
- Subscriptions and credit packs are sold and billed by Apple, and refunds are handled by Apple under its policies (reportaproblem.apple.com). We can't issue App Store refunds.
- Travel eSIM refunds are covered in Section 9.
6. Texting rules
- One-to-one texting only. Second Number is for personal, one-to-one conversations with people you know or do business with. No marketing, bulk or automated messages, or messages sent by scripts or bots.
- US and Canadian numbers. Texting with US and Canadian numbers is conversational: you can text a US or Canadian number after that person has texted your Second Number first. Your first reply in each conversation ends with: "Sent via Second Number. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out." Message frequency varies with each conversation, and message and data rates may apply.
- Other countries. You can text numbers in supported countries at the rates shown in the App. Some countries are blocked to prevent fraud.
- STOP, START and HELP. People you text can reply STOP to stop receiving texts from your number and START to receive them again. Anyone can reply HELP for help, or email admin@primeorganize.pro. You can't text someone who has opted out of your number.
- Not allowed:
- content involving sex, hate, violence, alcohol, firearms, tobacco or vaping, cannabis or CBD, illegal drugs or prescription medicines;
- gambling, loans, debt relief, credit repair, cryptocurrency or other high-risk financial offers, or third-party lead generation;
- anything illegal, harassing, threatening, deceptive, phishing, or that impersonates someone else;
- link shorteners such as bit.ly (send the full link instead).
- Limits. To protect everyone's ability to text, the App limits how many texts you can send per minute and per day, how many new people you can text per day, and how many people can receive the same message. We may automatically pause texting from a number when carriers block its messages or several people reply STOP. Calls keep working while texting is paused.
- Delivery. Picture and video messages (MMS) and short codes may not be supported. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
7. Calling rules
- No robocalls, autodialers, prerecorded or artificial-voice messages, or telemarketing.
- No faking or hiding caller ID.
- No calls that break do-not-call rules or telephone-marketing laws such as the US Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).
- Call recording: we don't record your calls. If you record a call by other means, you are responsible for getting the consent the law requires, which in some places means everyone on the call.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the App to:
- break any law, or help anyone else break one;
- commit fraud or scams, send phishing messages, or impersonate any person or organization;
- harass, threaten, stalk, bully or extort anyone, or send hateful or abusive content;
- exploit or harm minors in any way;
- generate artificial traffic, for example traffic pumping, calls to premium-rate numbers, or international revenue-share fraud;
- create accounts or receive verification codes in bulk, or resell the service;
- get around our limits, blocks, bans or carrier rules, or use the App after we've suspended you;
- hack, overload, reverse engineer or interfere with the App or our providers' networks.
Monitoring. We use automated systems to detect spam, fraud and abuse, as carriers require. We may investigate reports. We may share information with carriers and law enforcement as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Travel eSIM
- What it is. Travel eSIMs are data-only plans for travel. They don't include a phone number or regular calls and texts. Your Second Number keeps working over eSIM data.
- Your device. An eSIM needs a compatible, carrier-unlocked device. Check before you buy.
- Payment. eSIMs are paid through Stripe, by card or Apple Pay, and may require 3D Secure verification.
- Coverage. Coverage, speed and validity depend on the local networks in each country and on the plan details shown before you buy. Fair-use limits may apply.
- Installing. Follow the installation steps in the App. Don't delete the eSIM from your device: a deleted eSIM can't be restored or refunded.
- Your carrier's charges. You're responsible for your device settings and for any roaming or data charges from your own mobile carrier.
- Refunds. If an eSIM can't be delivered or installed because of a problem on our side, contact us and we'll replace or refund it. eSIMs that have been installed or used aren't refundable, except where the law requires.
- Issuer. Travel eSIMs are issued by our partner eSIM Access, which controls network connectivity.
10. Blocking and availability features
Blocked Numbers, Do Not Disturb and quiet hours work on a best-effort basis. Blocked callers hear a busy signal, and their texts aren't delivered to you. While Do Not Disturb or quiet hours are on, calls go to voicemail and notifications are silent. We don't guarantee that every call or text will be caught or delivered.
11. Your content
- Your messages and voicemails belong to you.
- You give us permission to store, process and transmit them only to provide the App to you.
- You're responsible for what you send. If you handle other people's personal information through the App, you're responsible for complying with the privacy laws that apply to you.
12. Suspension and termination
- We may suspend or end your access to the App, your number, texting or calling, without notice where necessary, if:
- you break these Terms;
- your use creates legal, fraud or carrier risk;
- a carrier or provider requires it; or
- the law requires it.
- For serious violations, your number may be released right away without the 30-day hold.
- You may not create a new account to get around a suspension.
- You can stop using the App and delete your account at any time.
13. Third-party services
The App relies on Apple, our telecom provider Twilio, phone carriers, Stripe, eSIM Access and other providers. We aren't responsible for their services, outages or decisions, and their own terms may also apply.
14. Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We don't promise that:
- the App will always be available or free of errors;
- every call or text will connect or be delivered;
- call quality will be good;
- a particular number will be available.
15. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we and our providers are not liable for:
- indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages;
- lost data, profits or opportunities;
- missed calls or messages, or inability to reach emergency services;
- lost access to accounts linked to your number;
- messages received on a previously used number.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or US $50.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
16. Indemnity
You agree to defend and compensate Prime Organize and its providers for claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
- your use of the App;
- your content;
- your breaking these Terms or any law, including telemarketing and robocall laws.
17. Apple
- These Terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support.
- Apple is not responsible for any claims about the App, including product liability, legal compliance or intellectual property claims.
- If the App fails to meet an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
18. Governing law and disputes
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be decided by the courts of Yerevan, Armenia.
- Before starting a dispute, please contact us at admin@primeorganize.pro so we can try to resolve it informally within 30 days.
- If you are a consumer, you keep any protections and any right to bring claims in your local courts that the law of your country gives you and that can't be waived.
19. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. If we make important changes, we'll update the date at the top and tell you in the App or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. If you keep using the App after a change takes effect, you accept it.
20. General
- If any part of these Terms can't be enforced, the rest stays in effect.
- If we don't enforce a right, that doesn't waive it.
- We may transfer these Terms as part of a merger or sale of the business.
- We aren't responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
- These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the App. If they are translated, the English version controls.
